-Curse of the Head Hunter
In my final year of school, we have to create a thesis film within a 1 minute time limit. I've created a dark comedy of a mysterious creature lurking in the fog haunting your local diner. Below I have some work to show my process when creating boards. I rough the entire story in small thumbnails and explore interesting composition to add within the story. After the story is told, I go back and push the shots to make them more dynamic and interesting.
-Escape from Gilman Hotel-
Robert gets stranded at the Gilman hotel which is located in an isolated town that doesn’t like any curious visitors. After hearing some strange noises in the middle of the night he discovers that he is more unwanted there than he originally thought and has to think on his feet in order to make it out of the hotel alive. My adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft's short story "The Shadow Over Innsmouth"
-Pizza Panic!-
This is our 3rd year group film! I was the lead of Act I. That being said, the majority of the boards are mine but limited panels are in collaboration with other members only left in here for story continuity.
Pepper, a pizza delivery girl, crosses paths with a demon-summoning cult during a delivery. When the hungry demon gets a taste of Pepper's pineapple pizza, he is disgusted and takes off into the night to satisfy his craving for pizza without pineapple. In order to protect her pizza shop from chaos, Pepper teams up with a cultist named Richard in his search for his wandering demon. Pepper and Richard work together to feed the demon, reunite him with his cult, and protect the pizza shop from the demon's hungry rampage. Through the power of teamwork, the crisis is successfully avoided... or is it?
